Toucan Team

The Toucan Team is a multi-age team consisting of 3 classrooms of kindergarten, first and second graders. We are a Department of Defense school, located at Berkeley Manor Elementary School aboard Camp Lejeune Marine Corps Base.

Multi-age classrooms follow the same curriculum and guidelines as traditional classrooms. There are advantages to being in a multi-age classroom. Students have the option of remaining with the same teacher and team for three years. Instruction is based on individual needs, not grade levels.
