Starting up and Shutting down a Printer

Getting there

You have got to be kidding!
It is just a printer.  You turn it on and then you turn it off.  Well almost

Find the indicator light (it should be off when the printer is off)
Find the power switch.
Put paper into the printer before you turn it on.
Turn on the printer before you turn on the computer.
Wait for it to stop making noise and printing test pages.

DO NOT turn the printer off while it is printing!
When it is done printing you may turn it off.

Guess what?  Practice turning the printer on and off.  Find the power switch and the indicator light.
