Create database with multiple records

So you know that the rows are the records.

First start by doing VIEW and choosing FORM.

 

 

 

This will change the screen to:533a.gif (6310 bytes)

Notice that one block of a field is highlighted.

Type an entry into this block.

Use the TAB KEY on your keyboard to move between fields.

After the last field, the TAB KEY will move you to the next record.

 

 

Also you can maneuver through records by using the navigation buttons at the bottom of the screen.

The left triangles move you up.

The right triangles move you down.

The triangles with lines move you to an end (upper with left, lower with right).
