Format tabs & indents

Getting there

These options are under FORMAT in most programs.  TABS are set based on the distance from the right matrgin of the page.  Using the TAB key will line the words up on the page (see competency #3).

INDENTS are the space between the first letter and the left margin.   These are usually set under PARAGRAPH FORMAT.  They allow for indenting either the first line, the following lines or all lines.  See Competency #3.
