Getting there

CLIP MEDIA: pieces of media in small files that are set up to easily be inserted into a new project.

HYPERMEDIA: generally multimedia that can rapidly be developed with little or no programming skill being required.

LINEAR: a straight line sort of media.  The route from beginning to end is predetermined.

MEDIA: a mode to transport information.  This includes paper, sound, pictures, text, or most anything else.

MULTIMEDIA: a form of media that utilizes at least two of the following; text, graphics, audio, animations.
