Prepare to exit

1.   Clean your mailboxes See below:

You should click on the first of your messages and then click on the trash can to delete it.
continue clicking on the trash can until none of your messages is left on the list.

2. Delete your personal information from the settings menu.

From the menu bar choose "TOOLS" and then "OPTIONS".  You should see the screen below:

A = should be changed to contain a generic name such as "1@1"
B and C should be changed to be empty.

3.    Exit the program.

From the menu, choose "FILE" and then "EXIT"
