Setting the page properties is easy....once you realize that there is a
properties option.
Click on FILE and then choose PROPERTIES
Notice there are several tabs.... the general tab allows you to choose a
title for the page....a sound to play (if you have a WAV file) and the type of
browser you are getting ready for others to use.
Type in a name. now when you click on BACKGROUND you can choose things
like a watermark or background picture. I normally find changing the link
colors to be tacky. However it is best to specifically choose a background
color. Also make sure you letters show up by adjusting the text color.
Click OK after making your adjustments.
